Tour This $2M Naples New Construction Move In Ready Home
If you’re searching for new construction homes in Naples, Florida, this move-in-ready home in Seven Shores deserves a closer look.
Located in a beautiful Naples community convenient to shopping, dining, beaches, and everything Southwest Florida has to offer, this home was recently adjusted in price and was offered at just under $2 million at the time of our tour.
From the moment you walk through the front door, the home delivers the kind of open, contemporary design many Naples buyers are looking for.

A Grand First Impression
As soon as you enter the home, there is an immediate sense of space and luxury.
One of the first features that catches your attention is the combination of beautiful wood tones and the glass staircase, which gives the interior a warm contemporary feel without making the home feel overly formal.
But your eyes quickly move beyond the interior.
Straight ahead, you can see through the living area toward the pool and lake view, creating an impressive sightline from the moment you walk through the door.
That indoor-outdoor connection is one of my favorite features of this home.
A Home Office Positioned Near the Entrance
For buyers who work remotely, operate a business, or simply want a private workspace, the office is ideally located near the front entrance.
That makes it convenient for someone who occasionally meets with clients or has appointments without requiring visitors to walk through the main living areas of the home.
With more people relocating to Naples while continuing to work remotely, a well-designed home office can be a significant advantage.
Open Living Area With Pool and Lake Views
Moving into the main living space, the home feels comfortable despite its luxury finishes.
This is the kind of room where you could relax after work, watch television, read a book, or simply enjoy the view through the large windows and doors overlooking the backyard.
The combination of the lake, oversized swimming pool, and covered outdoor living area creates a backdrop that feels distinctly Southwest Florida.
Contemporary Open-Concept Kitchen
The kitchen is one of the highlights of the home.
It features an open design with a large island and bar seating, making it easy for the kitchen to become part of the entertainment space rather than being separated from guests.
The community also offers natural gas, an important feature for many buyers who prefer cooking with gas.
Just off the kitchen is another feature I particularly like: the butler’s pantry.
The pantry includes additional storage and a wine refrigerator, while also providing an ideal place for a coffee or espresso station.
For buyers who entertain frequently, this additional preparation and storage space can make a major difference.
A Warm, Contemporary Primary Bathroom
The primary bathroom continues the home’s contemporary design.
Natural wood tones are combined with soft neutral tile and clean white fixtures, producing an upscale look that still feels warm and inviting.
The large walk-in shower becomes an architectural feature of the room rather than simply a functional shower.
Directly in front of it is a beautiful freestanding soaking tub, creating an impressive spa-like setting within the primary suite.
Spacious Upper-Level Living Area
Upstairs, the large landing provides another flexible living space.
Although it was not staged with furniture during our tour, the size of the area makes it easy to imagine several possibilities.
It could become a:
- Second family room
- Media or television area
- Game room
- Reading area
- Additional gathering space for guests
And once again, the elevated position provides another perspective of the property’s beautiful surroundings.
Naples Outdoor Living at Its Best
We saved one of the home’s best features for last.
The backyard delivers exactly what many buyers picture when they think about living in Naples.
There is a large luxury swimming pool and spa, lake views, and a covered outdoor area designed for entertaining and relaxing.
Whether you’re having friends over, enjoying a quiet afternoon by the pool, or sitting outside in the evening, the outdoor space substantially expands the usable living area of the home.
There is also a particularly useful feature for a Florida pool home: a separate bathroom accessible directly from the pool area.
Guests can wash up or use the bathroom without walking through the interior of the house while wet, something that may seem small until you actually own a pool home.
Is Seven Shores Right for You?
The home itself is impressive, but choosing the right Naples community is just as important as choosing the right floor plan.
Every buyer has different priorities.
You may be focused on:
- New construction
- Move-in-ready inventory
- Builder incentives
- Proximity to Naples beaches
- Shopping and dining
- Pool and lake views
- Luxury finishes
- Home-office space
- Outdoor entertaining
- Overall monthly ownership costs
That is why I recommend comparing several homes and communities before making a final decision.
Buying New Construction in Naples?
One thing buyers should understand when visiting a new-construction community is that the sales representatives in the builder’s sales center represent the builder’s interests.
A buyer’s real estate agent can represent and advise the buyer throughout the process, including helping evaluate the home, compare communities, understand available incentives, review pricing, and negotiate where appropriate.
Builder compensation practices and buyer-broker agreements can vary, so compensation should always be confirmed for the specific property and transaction.
My goal is to help buyers look beyond the advertised price and understand the overall value of the purchase.
Sometimes the best deal isn’t simply the home with the largest advertised discount. Financing incentives, upgrades, closing incentives, lot premiums, HOA costs, taxes, insurance, and future resale potential can all affect the real cost of ownership.
